When designing for mobile-first platforms like Instagram, readability on small screens is key. Part Time performed well in this context, especially when paired with a clean sans serif font for body text. The contrast between the two fonts created a clear visual hierarchy, making the content easy to scan and engage with.

I tested the font in both light and dark background scenarios. On white backgrounds, the handwritten style felt fresh and inviting. On darker tones, it still maintained legibility, which is essential for thumbnails and image overlays in fast-scrolling feeds.
